Personal Assistant

About the role
Dr Cute International Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and provide administrative assistance to management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the manager's/director's schedule, appointments, and meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on behalf of management
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as needed

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
• Own transport preferred
