Personal Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, particularly seniors and people with disabilities, and will be responsible for ensuring clients' comfort and well-being in their homes . This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, observation, and effective communication.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to perform meal preparation tasks while adhering to dietary restrictions.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 35.0 per week
