PERSONAL ASSISTANT

LEAFE’S is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to help support the day-to-day running and growth of our business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, communication, planning and getting things done.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing calendars, appointments and schedules
• Helping organise markets, pop-ups and business activities
• Following up enquiries and communications
• Assisting with emails, documents and general administration
• Helping coordinate staff and team tasks
• Updating spreadsheets, lists and business records
• Assisting with product and stock organisation
• Helping with social media and basic marketing tasks
• Researching suppliers, products and business opportunities
• Keeping track of important tasks and deadlines
• Supporting the owner with day-to-day business priorities

We’re looking for someone who is

• Highly organised and reliable
• A good communicator
• Confident using computers and online systems
• Comfortable working independently
• Good at following instructions and taking initiative
• Friendly and professional
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Interested in helping a growing small business

Experience in administration, retail, small business, events or social media is an advantage, but not essential.
