Personal Assistant

I'm looking for a discreet, organised, and personable assistant to support me on a one-to-one, long-term basis. This is a private arrangement — not a corporate role. You'll be the sole point of contact for my day-to-day operations, and I'm looking for someone who's comfortable operating in a flexible, non-traditional environment.

The role blends professional admin with personal support. I'm well-compensated and I value people who are reliable, sharp, and comfortable in social settings.

What You'll Be Handling

• Managing my calendar, scheduling, and travel coordination
• Handling correspondence — email, messages, and correspondence on my behalf
• Coordinating appointments, events, and personal logistics
• Preparing documents, managing files, and keeping records organised
• Research and administrative support as needed
• Providing companionship and social support in a professional capacity
• Being available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What I'm Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in social settings — restaurants, events, travel
• Discretion is non-negotiable
• Available for an ongoing, long-term arrangement
• Based in or willing to travel to London

Pay: £25,420.00-£60,000.00 per year
