Personal Assistant

Grinding Gear Games is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for our Managing Director. This is a diverse role involving strong communication and administrative skills so we're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and has experience working in busy environments.

Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand
Relocation assistance (for the right candidate, if needed)
Full time position

The position includes the following duties:

• Calendar management, internal and external meeting organisation, action follow-up, email management and responding to other messages
• Performing personal errands
• Book-keeping, expense management and other paperwork
• Liaising with both Grinding Gear Games staff and third-party contractors
• Booking and management of professional and personal travel and accommodation
• Project coordination for professional and personal events

We are seeking someone with:

• 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in media or technology mediums
• Exceptional communication skills. The ability to clearly communicate detailed information
• The ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong sense of intuition and a proactive approach to problem solving
• A full and clean New Zealand driver’s licence
