Personal Assistant (Home + Business Support) — Part-Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, self-starter to help a busy local business owner with housekeeping at home and at business locations, plus office and personal errands as assigned. This role is focused on keeping spaces clean, organized, and presentable—while also supporting day-to-day logistics to help the owner stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning and regular housekeeping for the home and business spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and overall upkeep.
• General maintenance support (as needed), such as light repairs, basic troubleshooting, and keeping areas maintained and looking their best.
• Decluttering and organization, including closet organization and helping prepare the home for sale (cleaning priorities, organizing, and keeping the space show-ready).
• Minor painting and repairs (a plus and will set you apart—e.g., touch-ups, patching, small fixes).
• Business support and errands, including office-related tasks and personal errands as assigned (pickup/drop-off, supplies, scheduling-related runs, etc.).
• Maintain a professional, discreet presence while working around a busy owner and in both private and workplace environments.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, plus current registration and insurance (required).
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a clean background check.
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Self-starter who can manage tasks independently, stay organized, and complete assignments without needing constant direction.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful—discretion is essential given the combination of personal and business environments.

Preferred

• Experience with housekeeping/deep cleaning in residential settings and/or small commercial/office environments.
• Experience with minor home repairs, painting, or handy/maintenance tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
