Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a leading life coach and personal brand operating within the entertainment and media space. This is more than a traditional PA role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with personal support, content, social media, and creative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
• Conduct research and prepare briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Support content planning, campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative projects.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other creatives.
• Contribute ideas for content and personal brand growth.
• Track projects, deadlines, collaborations, events, and opportunities.
• Monitor social media and industry trends relevant to the brand.
• Handle confidential information and communicate professionally on behalf of the executive.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Brand/Content Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting a personal brand, creator, influencer, media personality, coach, entrepreneur, or creative professional is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of social media, personal branding, and content.
• Comfortable working with basic graphic design and/or video editing tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, research, and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media content or assisting with content production.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms.
• Strong interest in personal branding and digital media.
