Personal Assistant私人助理

Responsibilities

• Manage daily household affairs (e.g., shopping, appointments, follow-ups with services/repairs)

• Support the company’s day-to-day administration (e.g., document organization, scheduling coordination, data filing)

• Coordinate with vendors/clients when needed and ensure timely follow-up

• Maintain schedules and to-do tracking to ensure tasks are completed

• Handle other duties assigned by the boss

* Provide support outside office hours as needed* (e.g., weekends for urgent matters)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant / Secretary / Assistant experience preferred)

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Responsible, detail-oriented, reliable, and good at coordination

• Able to handle tasks independently and follow through to completion

• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Email)

Location: Causeway Bay

5 working days per week

Salary(HKD) :18,000-24,000
