What they need
Key responsibilities
- Assist in calendar management, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement, and event coordination
- Assist in document translation and filing
- Assist in bookkeeping, bank account management, and expenses management
- Supervise the work of the driver and domestic helpers
- Coordinate with suppliers for villa maintenance
- Accompany boss on business trips to the United States during summer vacation, providing comprehensive support and assistance as required
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above
- A minimum of 2 years' assistant experience
- Full proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good command of Excel
- Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to work overtime with strong work ethic
