Personal Assistant

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Residence: Islamabad / Rawalpindi only

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Sharp-minded, active, confident, professional and quick learner.

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Strong interest & understanding of history, philosophy, Sociology, Pshychology & Literature.

Fast typing and message-writing skills.

Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and daily communication promptly.

Manage reminders, schedules, appointments and daily tasks.

Coordinate meetings, confirmations and follow-ups.

Confident in attending meetings and communicating with clients and delegations.

Attend and coordinate outdoor official meetings within Islamabad when required.

Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.

Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality of company and management matters.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Bachelors or Master's Degree preferred from a reputed university.
