Personal Assistant

Job Scope:

• Manage the director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential information.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport when required.
• Maintain organised records and filing systems.
• Assist with administrative matters and other duties assigned by the director.
• Follow company procedures and applicable ISO requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Previous PA or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport if required.
