Personal Assistant

Job Role: We are seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate appointments, handle communications, and assist with day-to-day tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality..

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and other arrangements.
• Organize meetings and prepare necessary documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain records, files, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation or Equivalent
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented.
