Personal assistant

looking for a highly motivated and experienced personal assistant to Help with numerous tasks spanning over numerous companies

Must be enthusiastic quick thinking and proactive

The post holder will need to be highly organised and efficient, able to multi task and use their initiative to manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks and responsibilities

Key roles and responsibilities :

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• basic book keeping and managing diaries
• Brand awareness advertising, social media marketing
• Making calls to clients and liaising with suppliers and customers
• working with crm systems and spreadsheets

About the Candidate:

• Previous experience within the role of Personal Assistant.
• Previous experience of the construction / property industry will be advantageous
• Wirral based
• Experienced in social media marketing including linked inn , Facebook , Instagram etc

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
