Key Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant

* Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointments.

* Organize and maintain the daily calendar, meetings, and schedules.

* Coordinate property visits and business meetings.

* Regularly follow up with clients, property dealers, brokers, builders, and vendors.

* Maintain and update property and client information in Excel or CRM systems.

* Prepare necessary documents, reports, presentations, and other business-related materials.

* Coordinate property registration, documentation, paperwork, and payment-related activities.

* Arrange business travel, meetings, and other necessary logistics.

* Maintain a list of all pending tasks, provide timely reminders, and ensure proper follow-up until completion.

* Maintain complete confidentiality and ensure the security of all personal and business-related information.

* Have a strong command of Hindi and good communication skills in English.
