Job description

Looking for a reliable Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant to help with errands and day-to-day home tasks in San Antonio.

This is a personal/household role — not an executive assistant position and not a business/office role.

Responsibilities

• Run local errands (groceries, returns, pickups, post office, dry cleaning)
• Light household help (tidy common areas, restock basics, organize as needed)
• Handle simple home logistics (accept deliveries, meet vendors/service techs)
• Support personal tasks (shopping lists, returns, appointment drop-off/pickup coordination)
• Occasional home projects (declutter a room, guest prep, seasonal swaps)
• Keep a short weekly checklist and send clear updates on progress

This role is not

• Executive assistant work
• Business admin for a company
• Full cleaning service, childcare, overnight pet care, or chauffeur work

Schedule

• 10–15 hours per week
• Flexible daytime hours (days set together)
• Must have reliable personal transportation

Requirements

• Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working in a private home
• Organized and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Clear communication by text/email
• Able to lift 25–30 lbs
• References required; background check preferred
