Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

* Served as PA to the company chairman, fully responsible for both official and personal affairs, including

daily meetings, itinerary arrangement, and residence management, with a high level of confidentiality,

trustworthiness, and execution capability

* Responsible for the company chairman’s travel planning: comprehensive arrangement of flights,

hotels, transportation, visas, and pick-up services

*Record household expenses, prepare expenditure reports

*Manage household staff, including cooks, chefs, and drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations

*Prepare and file documents, ensuring accuracy of information

*Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

*Flexible work schedule, able to accompany the boss on business trips

*Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

*Relevant experience, especially in administration and accounting and private tutor, is preferred

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

*Strong time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment

*Priority will be given to applicants who hold a bachelor's degree or have professional training in piano, music, or related fields.

*Experience with AI software is an advantage
