We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner & Co-Founder

London Implant Clinic is looking for an organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner and Co-Founder.

About the role
You'll work closely with senior leadership, helping the day run smoothly so the Managing Partner can focus on growing the clinic and delivering excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle email and phone correspondence on the Managing Partner's behalf
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate with clinical, admin, and marketing teams
• Manage confidential information with complete discretion
• Support personal and household tasks when required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a PA, executive assistant, or in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
