Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the Chairman.
• Assist with the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, travel arrangements and personal matters.
• Ensure the Chairman’s daily needs and arrangements are well taken care of with care, patience and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with household helpers, drivers, assistants and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle general administrative duties, scheduling, documentation and coordination.
• Maintain good communication and a positive working relationship with the Chairman and relevant parties.
• Accompany and assist the Chairman during business trips when required.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in personal/household assistance, hospitality, cabin crew, luxury service or similar service-oriented roles are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-minded, patient, attentive and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling both personal and administrative responsibilities.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Able to work well with different team members, including household helpers, drivers and other assistants.
• Mature, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are preferred.
