About the role

Imagine Web is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated personal assistant to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time personal assistant, your daily responsibilities will include administrative support, assisting with day-to-day operations, and providing hands-on assistance when needed.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing marketing support, including creating designs on Canva, editing videos, and developing digital content.

2. Handling and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.

3. Managing various office tasks like maintaining filing systems and ordering supplies. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information

   What we're looking for

4. Open to fresh graduates, high school graduates, or candidates with no prior work experience. We're looking for someone motivated, and eager to learn.

5. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels

7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software

8. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work tasks

9. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

10. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
