Job Description: We are looking for a confident, well-presented and professional personal to the director who can provide administrative and executive support, manage daily schedules and coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the Director's calendar,appointment,meetings and daily schedule. Handle phone calls,emails and official correspondence professionally. Maintain confidential documents,records and important business information.Organise meetings and coordinate business travel arrangements when required.

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, 1-4 years of experience as a personal assistant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, Professional appearance, confident personality and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information and work directly with senior management. Must be proactive,punctual, disciplined and capable of multitasking.
