Job Description

H&C Outsourcing Limited is seeking a responsible, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) who can also drive. The successful candidate will provide administrative and personal support while ensuring safe and timely transportation whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and personal assistance.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and daily activities.
• Drive the employer safely to designated locations.
• Handle errands and other assigned duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and in good condition.

Requirements

• Must know how to drive confidently.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Previous experience as a PA or driver is an advantage.
