Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd. is a professional ballet dancing education centre, we are currently operating 10 studio in Kowloon and New Territories. Our Business throughout kindergardens, primary schools and community centres. We are committed to actively expanding our business development, to cope with our rapid growth, Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd. is now offering the following career opportunity to talented individuals who are confident to meet the professional and personal descriptions detailed below:

Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support

Liaise both internal and external parties

Manage senior executive' work schedules, travel and meeting, as well as personal and family issues

Assist with accounts dept daily cash reports to keep track of bank balance

Received and review all incoming mails and distribution of documents

Attend meetings and prepare minutes; maintain filing system, answer incoming calls, greet guests & clients and coordinate events

Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
University graduate or above

Minimum 3 years PA/Exe Sec experience in serving senior executive

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Proficient in PC skills and well-versed in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Tactful to deal with senior management, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hour: Tue to Fri 10:00-7:00;Sat 9:00-6:00(5-days Work)

Off duty on every Sunday and Monday
