Personal Assistant

The Role

This is more than a support role. It's a chance to become the right hand of a senior leader within a well-established organisation. They're after a seasoned PA who runs a tight ship and is always one step ahead.

You'll be the go-to person for keeping their week organised, so they can stay focused on the bigger picture. Your experience and instincts will be trusted from day one.

The Day-to-Day

• Managing calendars, inboxes & travel plans, including itineraries & accommodation
• Actioning emails & screening calls and enquiries
• Coordinating meetings & functions, including agendas, minutes & follow-ups
• Preparing reports, including monthly progress updates
• Transcribing dictation & managing documents
• Processing expense claims, purchase orders & credit card reconciliations
• Requesting supplier quotes & keeping the office running smoothly

About You

You'll have 5+ years' experience in a Personal Assistant or similar support role, along with a Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent. Industry experience will be highly regarded. Discretion comes naturally to you, and you're the kind of individual who sees a diary clash coming well before it lands.
