Personal Assistant — Astoria, Queens

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented assistant and queer friendly to help keep my apartment clean, wardrobe organize and performance costumes ready for the stage.

Responsibilities include:

• Apartment cleaning, including the kitchen, bathroom, floors, and general tidying.
• Organizing closets, costumes, accessories, and the dressing room.
• Wig maintenance, including detangling, brushing, and proper storage.
• Costume maintenance, including laundering, steaming, and minor repairs.
• Stoning garments and accessories.
• Helping pack and unpack for performances.

Ideal candidate: Someone comfortable working in a home environment who handles wigs and costumes with care, follows directions, and respects privacy. Experience with wigs, sewing, or rhinestoning is a plus but can be taught to do some of the tasks.
