Personal Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a well-established real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about social media and content creation. You will play a key role in streamlining daily operations while helping to build and maintain a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and property viewings
• Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and transaction paperwork
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and property listings
• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms
• Edit photos and videos for property showcases and online engagement
• Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to grow audience reach
• Ensure smooth follow-up with leads and client inquiries

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Basic video editing and content creation skills (preferred)
• Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
