Personal Assistant Cum Admin

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant cum Admin to support both management and our team of sales agents. This isn't just a back-office role — you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our agency running smoothly, from executive support to helping agents stay on top of their client documentation and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full personal assistant support to management — calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Support sales agents with administrative needs — client documentation, appointment scheduling, and policy paperwork follow-up
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and professional document preparation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Manage office administration — filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, clients, and external stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PA or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Professional attitude with a proactive mindset
