Personal Assistant cum Driver

We are looking for a responsible, well-mannered, and trustworthy Personal Assistant cum Driver to provide driving and personal assistance support. The candidate should be punctual, organized, flexible, and comfortable handling both office and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the employer safely to meetings, appointments, events, and other locations.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
• Manage daily travel schedules and routes efficiently.
• Assist with personal and administrative tasks as required.
• Handle document collection, bank visits, courier services, and other errands.
• Coordinate with office staffs and other contacts when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business information.
• Keep track of vehicle fuel, servicing, insurance, and other routine requirements.
• Be available for occasional travel and extended working hours when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the employer/management.

Requirements

• Valid LMV Driving Licence.
• Previous driving experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Kozhikode and nearby areas.
• Clean driving record and good road-safety awareness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Punctual, reliable, flexible, and well-groomed.
• Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Personal Assistant, or Office Assistant will be an advantage.

• Willingness to handle both driving and support duties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Note : Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, driving skills, communication, and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
