Personal Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to join our international tattoo & barber shop team. ( Around 4 days per week )

This role is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients every day. We are seeking someone with positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and scheduling appointments (RDV)
• Conducting client consultations in French and English
• Translating and communicating client needs to our tattoo artists in English
• Handling a high volume of emails, messages, and client inquiries
• Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional, friendly experience
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
• Multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Serious, motivated, and willing to learn
• Looking for a long-term position within our team
• Running errands like going to La poste etc
