Personal Assistant (FULLY WFH)

About the role

A high-caliber Personal Assistant role directly supporting a top-tier real estate agent managing a premium and luxury residential portfolio handling high-net-worth deal flows. You will act as the first point of contact for high-net-worth enquiries, own the CRM pipeline, and directly influence deal flow. This role offers high responsibility, high visibility, and genuine earning upside for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to client enquiries (primarily via WhatsApp) and proactively follow up to secure qualified appointments
• List, update, and maintain premium property units on PropertyGuru
• Source suitable units, coordinate viewing schedules, and confirm appointments for clients
• Maintain, update, and organize leads on the CRM platform to ensure zero lead drop-off
• Anticipate business needs and flag high-priority or time-sensitive enquiries immediately

About you

• Fluent, professional written English with the specific tone and etiquette required to interact with a luxury clientele
• Comfortable navigating CRM tools and listing management platforms like PropertyGuru
• Highly disciplined and able to work unsupervised across a 6-day cadence without needing constant hand-holding
• Detail-oriented with understanding that in luxury real estate, speed and execution are everything
