Job Description:
Raffles American School is seeking a professional and well-organized Personal Assistant to support Director, a key executive of the school. This role focuses on managing schedules, meeting coordination, and handling official documents including those related to higher education and government authorities.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage calendar, appointments, and travel plans

·        Coordinate and prepare for meetings; take accurate minutes

·        Handle correspondence and documentation with government or academic institutions

·        Prepare reports and presentations

·        Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

·        Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in any field

·        3–5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles

·        Good command of English (spoken and written)

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded

Working days and times :

·        Monday - Friday

·        08.00 - 17.00
