Personal Assistant (Mandarin speaker)

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and organize emails, including reading, responding to, and following up on messages.

* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure important matters are followed up promptly.

* Run errands and go around as required for personal and business-related matters.

* Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.

* Coordinate meetings, bookings, and other arrangements when needed.

* Assist with document preparation, filing, and general administrative duties.

* Make phone calls and communicate with clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

* Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide general support as assigned.

* Maintain confidentiality and handle personal or business information with discretion.

Requirements

* Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable handling emails and administrative work.

* Able to travel/drive around for errands and appointments when required.

* Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.

* Flexible and willing to assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
