Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and day-to-day professional assistance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various daily activities. The role also requires travelling outside Ranchi for business meetings and official work whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Assist with basic computer work, data entry, and documentation.

Coordinate meetings and manage follow-ups.

Accompany the employer to business meetings and official appointments.

Travel outside Ranchi for meetings and official work when required.

Maintain records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

Willingness to travel outside Ranchi when required.

Must be punctual, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹5,000–₹7,000.

Shift: Day Shift.

Official Travel Expenses: Transportation and accommodation expenses for official outstation meetings will be covered by the employer.
