Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and day-to-day support during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks, schedules, and follow-ups.

• Handle calls, messages, emails, and basic communication.

• Maintain records, documents, and reports.

• Coordinate with team members and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Assist with online research, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of business and professional information.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet tools.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a night shift.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates based in Ranchi will be preferred.
