Personal Assistant - Part Time

• Temp assignment starting almost immediately

Are you an experienced PA or EA who thrives on variety and takes genuine pride in getting things done, no matter how big or small the task?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for a Part-Time Personal/Executive Assistant to join on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of high-level support work and hands-on administration in equal measure.

Working Monday to Friday, approximately 20–25 hours per week, you'll be the go-to person keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing PA/EA support to senior leadership, including diary and inbox management
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and correspondence
• General administration –document preparation, and ad hoc tasks as they arise
• Being a proactive, reliable point of contact for the wider team
• Jumping in wherever help is needed, with a genuine "no job too big or too small" attitude

What we're looking for:

• Proven PA/EA experience
• A flexible, can-do approach – happy to roll up your sleeves for the smaller tasks as well as manage higher-level responsibilities
• Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner
• Available to work part-time hours, Monday to Friday, in Mt Wellington
