Elper Development is a full-service property company based in Berawa, Canggu. We design, build and manage villa and resort projects across Bali, and we are currently running our largest development to date in Ubud.

The role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our CEO directly. This is the relay seat between the direction and every division lead in the company: architecture, MEP, structure, finance and sales. Nothing reaches the CEO without passing through you, and nothing leaves his desk without you tracking it to completion.

What you will do

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and daily priorities
• Take minutes in management and site meetings, then turn them into tracked action items
• Follow up with division leads until tasks are actually closed, not just assigned
• Prepare, format and file contracts, letters and internal documents
• Handle onboarding logistics for new staff and keep personnel files complete
• Coordinate with notaries, consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients
• Keep our task and document systems up to date so reporting is always current
• Handle confidential information with total discretion

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Direction Assistant
• Excellent written and spoken English. This one is essential: you will draft documents and emails that go to international clients and investors
• French is a strong advantage
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
• Highly organised and proactive, and comfortable following up with people more senior than you
• Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new systems
• Based in Bali, with a preference for candidates already living in the Canggu or Denpasar area
• Available to start soon
