WE’RE HIRING: Female Personal Assistant / Property Listing Executive

We are looking for an experienced female candidate with a background in Dubai real estate to work directly with management, build strong relationships with property owners, and generate quality property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact property owners and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners.
• Identify properties available for sale or rent and secure listings.
• Present approved offers, follow up on responses, and assist with negotiations.
• Coordinate property viewings and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements:

• Female candidates with relevant Dubai real estate experience only.
• Proven experience in contacting property owners and generating property listings is mandatory.
• Excellent telephone communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.

Important: This position is strictly for experienced female candidates with a proven background in Dubai real estate. Candidates without relevant experience in Dubai Real Estate should not apply.

Office Location: Al Ameri Tower, Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai.
