Personal Assistant - Sales Support

We are looking for suitable candidate with following key responsibilities:

• Sales Support functions
• Responsible for sales administrative support and general clerical work to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above.
• Min 2 years working experience in sales supporting, administration, secretarial support, customer service, or the insurance industry is preferred.
• Work independently while also being a good team player.
• Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with care.
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken Chinese and English, fluent Cantonese is preferred.
