Job Summary
I need a Provider with Spanish speaking language and to perform the following tasks in the client's home or place of residence.
Tasks include: bathing, dressing, grooming, exercising, assisting with self-administered medications, routine hair and skin care, transfer or ambulation, preparing meals, cleaning,
doing laundry, shopping, cleaning toileting, escort to groceries, walking.
Notify agency of any abnormal conditions, any changes in status of the client or plan of care and any change in schedule.
