Personal Assistant – Technical & Data Support (Avaition)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to management.
• Support aviation technical matters by collecting, organizing, and summarizing technical information.
• Coordinate with Technical, Maintenance, Engineering, CAMO, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational/technical data using Excel.
• Create and maintain Excel reports, trackers, PivotTables, charts, and basic dashboards.
• Analyze data and provide key findings or insights to support management decisions.
• Monitor assigned projects, deadlines, and outstanding issues.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in PA, coordination, aviation, technical support, or data-related roles is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of aviation technical/maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
