Personal Assistant to CEO

The role requires excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, flexibility, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to support transportation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
• Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on tasks when required.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Director and authorized personnel.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of documents (both electronic and physical).
• Assist with data entry, simple research, and administrative duties.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Driver, or in a similar role.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft, AI tools etc.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
