Personal Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a full time personal assistant to our CEO to help with daily operations and scheduling at our LA studio.

Overall tasks include assisting with order fulfillment, calendar management, booking appointments for clients,

general inventory management, work with our social media team to produce content, and have a clear understanding of luxury or high end stores or quality goods.

Knowledge of luxury leather goods is a plus !

Professional Experience

• 2 + years as a Fashion Assistant, Assistant Stylist/PA to Fashion Editor, Costume Designer, Commercial Stylist Required.

• Knowledge of and experience in editorial, photoshoots, print advertising, commercials, music videos, catalogs - a plus.

• 1-2 years Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience in luxury leather goods or designer fashion, (interior design, handbags high end jewelry preferred.

• Order Fullment, knowledge using Shopify is a plus

• 1-2 years Email correspondence

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus

• Knowledge of Excel, google sheets is preferred

• Must have a valid drivers license.

Education

BA in fashion, business or liberal arts, preferred but not required, or relative professional experience.

Job tasks include

• Assisting CEO with daily tasks

• Email correspondence with clients, vendors and marketing team.

• Calendar management for clients, vendors and marketing team.

• Work with fulfillment team to pack and complete orders using Shopify

• Inventory management for Luxury Leather Goods

• Ecommerce Customer service via shopify.

• Content creation using Canva and Capcut

• Managing various tasks for the studio.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
