Build Your Career Alongside a Growing Company

Falcon Risk & Security is seeking an ambitious, highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive & Personal Assistant to work directly with our Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

We are a growing private security company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, providing professional security services to commercial properties, residential communities, retail establishments, businesses, and special events.

As our client portfolio and operations continue to expand, we are seeking an exceptional individual who can assist our CEO with daily responsibilities, improve organization, coordinate schedules, and provide both professional and personal administrative support.

This is more than an opportunity to become an assistant. It is an opportunity to grow professionally alongside an expanding company.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, values discretion and professionalism, demonstrates excellent judgment, and is interested in developing a long-term working relationship with our organization.

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted, reliable member of our executive support team.

Position Overview

The Executive & Personal Assistant will work closely with Falcon Risk & Security’s CEO, providing assistance with scheduling, communications, administrative organization, employee hour tracking, errands, travel arrangements, and other daily responsibilities.

This is a hands-on position requiring excellent time management, adaptability, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with limited supervision.

Some work may be completed remotely, while other duties require direct in-person support.

The selected candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating with business professionals, and adjusting to changing business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive and Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s professional and personal calendar.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, conference calls, and business engagements.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling confirmations, and follow-up communications.
  • Answer and screen designated phone calls, relay messages, and coordinate callbacks.
  • Assist with preparing professional correspondence and organizing business documents.
  • Maintain organized electronic files, schedules, and relevant administrative records.
  • Track important deadlines and provide timely reminders.
  • Help the CEO prioritize appointments, commitments, and daily responsibilities.

Employee Hours and Administrative Coordination

  • Collect and organize employee timesheets and reported working hours.
  • Accurately calculate employee hours for management review.
  • Communicate with supervisors when clarification regarding scheduling or recorded hours is necessary.
  • Prepare organized summaries of employee hours.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Assist with routine administrative coordination between the CEO and operational leadership.

This position does not include authority over company bank accounts, financial decision-making, payroll payments, or company expenditures.

Personal Assistance and Errands

  • Complete reasonable business-related and personal errands as assigned.
  • Pick up or deliver documents, supplies, and other necessary items.
  • Assist with scheduling personal appointments and reservations.
  • Coordinate occasional personal tasks to help the CEO maintain an organized schedule.
  • Provide practical, professional assistance with daily responsibilities during scheduled working hours.

Travel and Meeting Support

  • Occasionally accompany the CEO to meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating business travel.
  • Help organize itineraries, appointments, and meeting logistics.
  • Be willing to participate in occasional business travel, including potential out-of-state trips, when mutually scheduled.
  • Represent Falcon Risk & Security professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and business associates.

Authorized business-related travel expenses and use of a personal vehicle for company assignments will be addressed under company reimbursement arrangements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when calculating employee hours.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and document management.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to maintain legally required vehicle insurance when using a personal vehicle.
  • Availability for a flexible part-time schedule and occasional business travel.

Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar professional is preferred but not required.

We are willing to consider motivated candidates who demonstrate exceptional reliability, professionalism, organizational ability, and a genuine desire to learn.

Schedule and Compensation

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

The initial schedule will consist of approximately 20 to 23 hours per week, depending on business needs.

This is a flexible hybrid position. Responsibilities may be performed remotely, at our office, during business meetings, or while completing authorized errands and assignments.

Working hours will be coordinated in advance whenever reasonably possible.

Additional authorized working hours and compensable travel time will be paid in accordance with applicable law.

A 90-day introductory performance review will be conducted to evaluate job performance, compatibility, organization, reliability, and potential for expanded responsibilities.

Long-Term Career Growth and Advancement

Falcon Risk & Security believes that exceptional employees should have meaningful opportunities to advance.

Our company is working toward continued expansion throughout New Mexico and into additional states, creating the potential for new administrative, executive support, and leadership positions.

We are especially interested in finding someone who wants to grow professionally as the company grows.

Future opportunities may include:

  • Full-Time Executive Assistant
  • Senior Executive Assistant
  • Executive Operations Coordinator
  • Executive Office Manager
  • Chief of Staff
  • Other senior administrative and executive support positions

As responsibilities, business operations, and company resources expand, qualified individuals may become eligible for salaried positions with greater compensation.

Future senior executive support opportunities may offer compensation reaching $6,000 per month ($72,000 annually).

This is a potential long-term career opportunity, not a guaranteed salary or promotion. Advancement and compensation increases will depend on sustained performance, demonstrated value, expanded responsibilities, organizational needs, and company growth.

We believe in rewarding employees who consistently demonstrate excellence, integrity, dependability, and leadership.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited during working hours and while carrying out company assignments. Reporting to work impaired or consuming alcohol during working hours is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality, ethical conduct, attendance, and professional communication are essential requirements.

Employees are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries, exercise sound judgment, and accurately record all hours worked.

Unlike some traditional administrative positions, this opportunity provides direct professional exposure to the leadership and day-to-day development of an expanding security company.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn about executive administration, business organization, client relations, professional scheduling, and the operational structure of a growing organization.

We value hardworking individuals who demonstrate initiative, treat others with respect, and take pride in helping an organization succeed.

Our goal is to build a team of professionals who can develop alongside the company and potentially assume greater responsibilities in the years ahead.
