Personal Assistant to Director

PT Axiom Spectrum Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and professional male candidate to join our team as:

Assistant Director

Qualifications:

• The position requires extra physical strength, including driving, conducting field surveys throughout the day, and spending a significant amount of time outdoors in addition to performing administrative tasks)
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Must have a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and be able to drive
• Well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and highly organized
• Able to work under a flexible schedule and accompany the Director on business trips
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist and accompany the Director in daily operations and business activities
• Manage schedules, meetings, and company documents
• Act as a liaison and translator in Mandarin for company communications
• Drive the Director or company guests when needed

Pergudangan Bandara Benda Permai Blok F 30, Kota Tangerang, Banten
