What they need
Act as a point of contact between the BoD and key people, both internally and externally, on a daily basis
Prepare, organize, and analyze accounting reports, presentations, research, and other information as requested
Organizing and taking meeting minutes for BoD
Manage and coordinate the BoD’s schedule, business trips, travel arrangements, and personal needs
Be ready to jump in and help wherever needed — priorities can change from day to day
Qualifications :
READY TO WORK WITH VERY FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office softwares (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Able to generate accounting reports, gantt charts, flow charts, etc.
Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and good at managing time and priorities
Able to drive and travel when needed, including on short notice
A fast learner who can adapt quickly to different tasks and situations
Flexible and comfortable taking on different roles and responsibilities depending on what’s needed
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
