Personal Assistent

As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will support the Managing Director of Team4Code. You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and well-presented. You want to develop yourself and grow by learning new skills through study and by immediately applying what you learn in practice. Your Responsibilities

• Calendar management / Schedule meetings
• Administrative tasks
• Maintaining the company website and manage social media outlets
• HR activities

Your Profile

• Professional education
• Good command of the English language
• Several years of work experience
• Service-oriented attitude
• Well-presented and committed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Able to quickly learn and use new software applications
• Given the market focus, we prefer candidates from Central or Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia
