Job Scopes :

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments by evaluating clients' income, expenditures, liabilities, assets, and risk appetite.
• Identify financial gaps and recommend suitable strategies to improve clients' financial well-being.
• Guide clients in setting achievable short-term and long-term financial objectives, including wealth accumulation, home ownership, children's education, and retirement planning.
• Develop personalized financial plans tailored to clients' goals, lifestyle, and financial circumstances.
• Recommend appropriate financial products and solutions, such as investment funds, unit trusts, savings plans, and insurance coverage.
• Educate clients on available financial options and assist them in making informed financial decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and professional advice.
• Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client acquisition activities.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and adjust financial strategies in response to clients' changing needs and market conditions.
• Provide end-to-end support throughout the application, onboarding, policy servicing, and claims processes.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Stay informed about market developments, economic trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions to clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records, financial reports, and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
