Job Purpose
Acquire and manage Classic customers, deepen relationships through crosssell, deliver superior service, and grow wallet share.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Achieve sales targets and product benchmarks.
- Portfolio Management – Manage Classic portfolio numbers, group family relationships, increase profitability, and update CRM regularly.
- Customer Service – Deliver quick resolutions, promote digital channels, ensure timely account opening and communication.
- Operations – Maintain daily sales reports, ensure quality CASA acquisition, crosssell (Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory), monitor highvalue accounts, push thirdparty products (MF, Insurance, Bonds), ensure errorfree documentation, follow KYC & 5S, manage lockers and standing instructions.
Education
Graduation required; PG preferred.
Certifications
NISM VA, IRDA, GI.
Key Skills
Sales & influencing, banking product knowledge, planning, communication, competition awareness.
