Milford Federal Bank is looking for positive, customer focused Personal Banker to join our Milford locations. We offer a great working environment, exceptional benefits and opportunity for growth. The Personal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by being versatile, utilizing a customer-focused skill set and possessing a vast range of experience with products and services to better assist the customers’ needs by collaborating with all departments in the organization.

• Provide exemplary customer service while opening new accounts and explaining available bank products.
• Provide electronic banking support to customers.
• Meet with customers to strategically identify all their financial needs.
• Deliver clarity to customers through simplicity, guidance, and know-how.
• Support multiple branch locations as needed.
• Bilingual a plus
