Personal Banker

We are currently partnering with several premier regional banks in Hong Kong to hire experienced Branch & Financial Services professionals. We are looking for individuals with expertise in frontline wealth management, consumer lending, and cross-selling a full range of retail banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Acquisition: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by proactively acquiring new customers and promoting core banking products (CASA, Unsecured Lending, Mortgages, Insurance, and Credit Cards).
• Customer Advisory & Cross-Selling: Identify client needs to deliver tailored financial solutions, collaborating with product specialists or referring clients to other departments when needed.
• Outreach & Promotion: Participate in local branch events and off-site promotional initiatives to build community presence.
• Compliance & Operations: Execute all daily sales and branch procedures strictly in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education & Experience: University degree with 1–2 years of frontline branch experience, or secondary education with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Licensing: Valid IIQE Paper 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
• Languages: Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Preferred: Certified Banker qualification is a plus.
