About the role

As a Personal Beauty Partner, you are a trusted advisor and the face of SHISEIDO at the retail counter. Your mission is to provide a premium, personalized beauty experience that goes beyond product recommendations and empowering clients to feel confident in their skin. You will act as a long-term beauty partner, enhancing each client's beauty journey through expert consultation, product education, and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultation to understand needs of the clients
• Recommend a personalized regimen to meet expectations
• Deliver sensory experience through guided product application and storytelling
• Maintain visually compelling counter environment
• Ensure testers and displays are aligned with brand guidelines
• Follow hygiene protocol and stocks management procedures
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
• Build clients database with strong recruitment and relationship building
• Collaborate and act as a team player to support store activities and events
• Participate in and support live streaming sessions, including product demonstrations and brand storytelling

About you

• 1-2 years experience in beauty, luxury and hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-first attitude and emotional intelligence
• Adaptability to retail setting
• Passion for skincare makeup and wellness
• Consultative mindset with strong listening skills
• Confident on-camera presence with ability to engage both in-store and online audiences
• Skincare and Makeup application knowledge
• Familiarity with POS and CRM tools
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and promotional events
